A deposit of one night or half of a multi-night stay plus tax is charged at time of booking. The balance is payable upon check-in. Reservations cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival are non-refundable. A service fee of $25 is charged for all cancellations.

1-night minimum stays except for holiday and peak summer and fall weekends when a two-night minimum stay is required.
